Our son is a massive train fan, so he had shown us Natt’s Art and really wanted to collect some of the mugs - loving that there were some of his favourite trains on them. We made our first order in the run-up to Christmas of two mugs which when delivered did have a slight issue with one of them - but this was dealt with immediately and the communication, speed and friendliness accompanied by the super-quick resolution was exceptional and still had a replacement with us well before Christmas Day!
