When buying this, I wanted to keep it simple and only asked for one train and nothing else, what I wasn't expecting was Natt to be kind enough and give me a voucher for £7.50 off, as I didn't want any added features like station signs ect. The attention to detail is fantastic and you can tell that a lot of work has been put into it. Natts art skills are simply top notch!
What a fantastic product this turned out to be. Fantastic quality product and the artwork Natt produces is top notch.
Customer service was excellent and was kept informed throughout the whole procees.
It was great to see the artwork at various stages as it progressed along and was able to see the final design before it was sent for printing.
Minor delay with delivery but this was due to factors outside of the store's control and was kept in the loop when updates where provided.
Definitely look forward to purchasing other products further down the line.
